This application acquires the time waveform and calculates the FFT of 1 to 4 acceletometers in real-time. It displays the time waveforms one one graph, and FFT's on the other graph. You can pause the acquisition, then export the most recent block of time data and the most recent FFT to Microsoft Excel.
The software is compatible with any sound card recognized by Microsoft Windows or National Instruments data acquisition devices: The leading provider of PC-based data acquisition devices for PCI (plug into the desktop), USB, etc. You can use a recommended hardware bundle from us or you can use your own National Instruments hardware from the approved list on our ReadME file. The sensor options we recommend will work with any of the hardware bundles in the ReadME file.
The analysis and report generation is up to you. The sole purpose of the software is to make it very easy to get from your accelerometers to Microsoft Excel. The power to graph, present, and analyze is in your hands: You are not confined to some proprietary format with limited reporting flexibility.
We strive to make the installation and setup very simple - please e-mail us at support@justmeasure.net if you have any questions and we pledge to have a real person respond ASAP! |

Features
- Automatically detects and installs over 40 types of PC-based Data Acquisition devices from National Instruments
- Detects any sound card already installed with Windows and allows you to use it as a data acquisition device
- Compatible with IEPE, ICP or MEMS accelerometers (anything rated with a mV/g output)
- Displays a time waveform and displays the most recent time block of data from each channel
- Calculates the vibration spectrum (FFT) in real-time with exponential, linear, or peak averaging or none (user selectable)
- Applies any of the following time windows selected by the user: Rectangle, Hanning, Hamming, Blackman-Harris, Exact Blackman, Blackman, Flat Top, 4-Term Blackman Harris, 7-Term Blackman Harris, Low Sidelobe, Blackman Nuttall, Triangle, Bartlett-Hanning, Bohman, Parzen, Welch, Kaiser, Dolph-Chebyshev, Gaussian
- Choose from any sampling rates supported by the hardware, or choose from a list of suggested sampling rates.
- Clearly specifies proper connections to the accelerometer in the ReadME
- Automatically opens Microsoft Excel and exports a time/date stamp along with the most recent time waveform and the most recent FFT calculation from each channel.
