Compatible NI Devices

This application is designed to measure a thermocouple at regular intervals ranging from every 5 seconds to every 24 hours. You can have multiple thermocouples hooked up to a multi-channel device and actively measure one thermocouple at a time. You can set the start/stop time on a calendar or start and stop by pressing a button in the software. Once the first point is taken, Microsoft Excel opens and data is added as each point is acquired instantly into the spreadsheet. This way you can create a graph in Excel that plots the data during the acquisition.

The software is compatible with National Instruments data acquisition devices: The leading provider of PC-based data acquisition devices for PCI (plug into the desktop), USB, etc. You can use a recommended device from us or you can use your own National Instruments hardware from the approved list on our ReadME file. The sensor options we recommend will work with any of the hardware bundles in the ReadME file.
