Drop It, Measure It, Analyze It
Let's face it: Items drop and fall, and when they do, you need to know the effects. This family of applications can measure the acceleration or impact of a test subject. You can use the "dtop test" software geared towards a single triax accelerometer to just catch the waveform of an impact / drop test, or you can use the high-speed datalogger to catch up to 15 channels of accelerometer data. In either case, the software automatically detects a variety of National Instruments data acquisition devices.
